ABOUT OUR UPCOMING GALA CELEBRATION

Congratulations to the Kelowna Canadian Italian Club (KCIC)! In March 2026 the KCIC turned 60 years old! What an accomplishment for a social club!
In order to celebrate this milestone, the KCIC has created a Gala 60 committee to organize a Dinner Gala. We are honoured to be able to co-chair this committee, and are equally honoured to be working with such a great group of sub-committee “captains”. Together we are planning a beautiful evening together where we can celebrate all things Italian with great food, lively music and comradery with fellow paesans! The evening promises to be an opportunity for the Italian community to come together and celebrate this milestone accomplishment. In a time where social clubs all over are closing due to lack of interest, our Club has been able to maintain its place in our community by providing a variety of cultural experiences such as language classes, cooking school, ancestry, bocce, etc. not to mention our monthly Trattoria dinners, Ferragosto picnics, and Vendemmia at Harvest time! It’s a great time to celebrate your heritage. We invite you to join us not only at this celebration, but check our what our Club has to offer. You might even want to become a member!
