THE KCIC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held Sunday, December 8th. Doors will open at 1 pm and the meeting will start promptly at 1:30 PM

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect the Directors and Executive for the coming year. According to our bylaws, we need 15% of our members to attend. This would be approximately 60 members. To vote, your membership must be in good standing with all membership fees paid up to date or as a Lifetime member.

The meeting will be held to:
  1. Receive the annual report
  2. Receive the financial statements
  3. Report on the elections of the Directors and Trustee, which is as follows:
    1. President (for a 2 year term)
    2. Vice President (2 year term)
    3. Treasurer (2 year term)
    4. Secretary (2 year term)
    5. Directors at Large (6 positions for 2 year terms)
    6. Trustee (1 position for a 3 year term)

There will also be a Door Prize Draw of $60 given out to one active member attending the AGM.

Due the Canada Post strike, members will also receive the AGM information via email.
