The Kelowna Canadian Italian Club has proudly sponsored a representative in the Miss Kelowna Lady of the Lake Pageant since 1975. This year Selena Lenza-Grande will participate in the 87th Miss Kelowna Lady of the Lake Pageant. Selena is a grade 11 student at Rutland Senior Secondary.
Selena will participate in a variety of events proudly wearing the Kelowna Canadian Italian Club banner. Please feel free to support Selena by attending events open to the public. My name is Selena Lenza-Grande I am proud to be sponsored by The Kelowna Canadian Italian Club in the 2017 Lady of The Lake - Miss Kelowna Pageant. I am a third generation member of this wonderful Italian Club in Kelowna - my home town. I am proud of my Italian Culture and Heritage as well as my family roots. Having the support of the KCIC and its wonderful members inspires and allows me to carry on Italian traditions and strong Italian family relationships . I am currently a grade 11 student at Rutland Senior Secondary and I am balancing school, working at a clothing store, my passion for fitness and spending quality time with family and friends. I love volunteering at the many wonderful events within our Club throughout the year - I encourage the Italian youth to also attend these events. Participating in the Lady of the Lake Pageant and the weekly commitments have been a great experience. I enjoy meeting new people in the community.
