WE'RE LOOKING FOR ETERNAL OBJECTS!
WHAT IS AN ETERNAL OBJECT?
As part of our Fall partnership with Kelowna Museums, we're looking for Eternal Objects. It can be anything - a teacup, a sculapasta, a sewing machine, an old tool, a wallet. It's not so much about the object - it's about the story behind the object - stories which can bridge generations and be handed down as treasured memories. That's why we call these "eternal objects."

Have an eternal object with a story attached?
Let us know about it!
We're identifying these objects for a Fall exhibit at the Kelowna Heritage Museum. If your item is included, we would ask that you agree to loan it to the Museum (it will be treated very carefully) for the duration of the exhibit (from September through January of 2024) where it will share its story with all the visitors who come to learn about the contributions of Italians in Kelowna over the past 140 years. Just give us a brief description in the form to the right and in a few words, tell us a little about its story. We'll follow up with more information and set a time to record the story.
