CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RATES - 770 LAWRENCE AVENUE

HOURLY RATE  FOR KITCHEN RENTALS ONLY
Kitchen: $45.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
(A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit if the kitchen is not left in satisfactory condition)

DAILY RATE: (8:00 a.m to 1:00 a.m.  the next day)
Hall and Kitchen:
Monday to Thursday: $350.00
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: $500.00

Cleaning fee: $100.00 for all full day rentals
Damage deposit: $200.00
  • Our hall capacity is 120 persons.
  • All charges are subject to 5% GST.
  • A Special Events Permit may be required.
  • Event liability insurance must be provided by the renter.

INFORMATION:
  • RENTER is responsible for all clean up and should leave the Clubhouse exactly as they found it.  Our Rental Contract outlines the RENTER'S responsibilities.
  • Wireless Network available.
  • Hall Capacity is 120 persons.​  This number must included workers (kitchen staff / organizers).
  • IF ALCOHOL IS SERVED, THE RENTER MUST COMPLY WITH BC LIQUOR LAWS.  ​

Hall REntals

You can rent the hall as a standalone or together with our commercial kitchen (see below). The hall has a seating capacity of 120 and has an audio system, projector and screen. Tables and chairs are supplied. 

Full commercial Kitchen

Our commercial kitchen has stainless steel working surfaces, two ranges, a fridge, heating trays and a commercial dishwasher.
