KCIC TRATTORIA KITCHEN TEAM
The KCIC prides itself on the incredible meals and celebrations that take place at our clubhouse. Our Trattoria Kitchen Staff creates traditional Italian meals to sold out crowds 8 times per year. We also host a number of Take Out Dinners and different social events of various sizes.
Our Trattoria Team is currently led by Chef Ricardo Scebba and Josie Guarini and their teams who plan, create and serve meals for up to 120 in-house guests. Their support staff includes the following volunteers: meal prep volunteers, set up / decorators, bartenders, serving staff, dishwashers, reception desk staff and clean up crew.
It can take hundreds of volunteer hours to produce one amazing dinner!

CLUBHOUSE MAINTENANCE
This group maintains the clubhouse building and grounds. A talented group of craftsmen who perform a variety of trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping along with a variety of other maintenance duties. There are tasks that range from as simple as replacing lightbulbs to complex as major renovations.
We welcome anyone with trades or related skills who would like to be a part of our Maintenance team.

TECHNOLOGY, COMMUNICATION & ADVERTISING
The Technology / Communication Team keeps our club connected and informed. This group maintains all online platforms for social media (Facebook, Instagram, website), online ticket sales and registration of all programs (Weebly, Eventbrite), and manages our membership information system (JoinIt).
Communication Committee creates and distributes a monthly Grapevine newsletter and information bulletins. They also have a phoning committee who connects with those who are not online.
This team is always looking for volunteers with computer experience to help with management of these online tools, or those who wish to contribute any content (articles, stories, photography etc). Training is available.

bocce
KCIC Bocce Lanes are located at the Parkinson Recreation Center - City of Kelowna property. The lanes have been managed, maintained and enjoyed for many, many years. This team prepares the lanes and maintains the landscaped area that surround the beautiful lanes. The picnic area is covered by a beautiful grapevine canopy that provides a lovely setting for lunch after a morning of bocce.
The Bocce Lanes are made possible by volunteers who assist with preparing the lanes in the spring and fall, maintaining equipment and planning tournaments.
This team works together and plays bocce together and always appreciating a helping hand.
