Incorporation and original charter signatures

On March 22, 1966, The Kelowna Canadian Italian Club was granted a Certificate of Incorporation in the province of British Columbia. Above we include that document and the signature pages of the original Charter.

A corporate charter is a lawful document that shows a corporation's basic detail, for instance its area, profit/nonprofit status, board configuration and ownership structure. A corporate charter is not the similar as rules, which set out the rules for the company's regular operations. The corporate charter must be filed with the secretary of state for the state in which the corporation is based. In maximum cases, there is a fee to do this. Although several state government websites give basic templates for corporate charters, numerous people talked about business attorneys when filing their corporate charters because some states provide more suitable business environments in which to mix.
