We were faced with inclement weather, less than ideal road conditions and an unfortunate upswing in seasonal bugs hitting our members, but - being Italian - the meal must go on! Our member's potluck was a great opportunity to share fabulous food and warm companionship as we invited members "a tavola"! Thanks to all who were able to join us and for those who couldn't - there will be plenty more opportunities to dine together in 2020!

Feb. 15, 7:15p.m. At Creekside Theatre in Lake Country Tickets $7.50 at the door or from Kelownatickets.com The Kelowna Canadian Italian Club hosted their 53rd New Years Eve Gala...and what a party it was! The group of 40+ organizers and volunteers worked hard to bring Kelowna one of the best parties of the year! THANK YOU to Committee Chair, Rosann Nanci-Carl and her team of volunteers for a great evening. Chefs Ricardo Scebba and Josie Guerini cooked for a sold out crowd of 250 guests. Italian buffet started the evening off and then raffle draws to benefit JoeAnna's House house. The guests danced to Easy Fix - Kelowna until the clock struck 12!
Thank you to the generous donors of our community who supported us by their raffle prize donations. Thank you to those KCIC members and non-members who came out to join us.  Last month the La Bella Tavola Cooking Class volunteers were excited to make a donation of a Kitchen Aid Mixer to the KCIC Clubhouse kitchen. The group consists of approximately 15 volunteers who plan and host 6 sold out classes per year (Spring and Fall).
