To celebrate the 700th anniversary of Dante Alighieri’s death, the Dante Alighieri Society of BC presents Italian Chef Claudia Fraschini, who will launch her book of Italian recipes inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy, titled Bella o Dannata? La Divina Commedia è servita.

For the occasion, she will also showcase the preparation of one of the intriguing recipes featured in the book.
